ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Foundation Course
- Proficiency in English (at least a B2 level) that can be shown with an international certificate (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge Assessment), one full year of school in english or an interview.
- A secondary school leaving qualification obtained after 11 years of school or a US High School Diploma without 3 AP courses or 1 year of college/university; or a GCE/ IGCE without 3 A levels
If you have not obtained your Secondary School Qualification yet, it is enough a school enrolment certificate
Summer/Winter Schools

TUITION FEES
Foundation Course
- Foundation Course Humanities and Science:

- Single modules:
- 85 euro per credit
Summer/Winter Schools
The tuition fees for our Summer/Winter Schools vary from a minimum of 250 euro to a maximum of 1000 euro per program. Accommodation and travel costs are not included in the cost of the tuition fees. Please check the tuition fees of the Summer/Winter School of your interest on the program page.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Foundation Course
2 Scholarships worth 1000 euro and 2 tuition fee waivers to the best Foundation Course students who enrol to a Bachelor’s or to an Integrated Master’s degree at the University of Pisa.
The two benefits above mentioned are given at the end of the FC year and they are valid only for the first year of the undergraduate degree chosen.
Summer/Winter Schools
Usually there is at least one scholarship per program granted by the University itself, covering the cost of the tuition fees or part of the cost. Accommodation and travel costs are always borne by each student.
